Triathlon is our main sport but below are a range of race types that club members enjoy.

Aquathlons
Aquathlon is a swim followed by a run. These can be in a swimming pool or open water (lake/river/sea). Distances vary.

Triathlons
Triathlon is a swim-bike-run race. They range from short (Supersprint) distance to long (Full/Ironman) distance. They can be held on a range of different terrains and include pool or open water (lake/river/sea) swims.

Parkrun
Parkrun is a free 5km community event for everyone who wants to participate, whatever their level. Many RVT members enjoy a Saturday Parkrun.

Duathlons
Duathlon is a run-bike-run race. They can be held on a range of different terrains (on and off road). Distances vary.

Open Water Swimming
Luxborough Lakes is where we like to meet for both our coached sessions and for a more leisurely dip. Some hardy RVT members go all year through!

Cycling Events
& Time Trials
Cycling events can be on a range of terrains and over different distances. If you want to test yourself against the clock then try a Time Trial.
